Who I am

I am Jolanda, a holistic practitioner specializing in Ayurvedic massage and reflexology. I have dedicated much of my life to the study and practice of wellness techniques in order to help people achieve a balance of mind, body and spirit.

My passion for the world of wellness began many years ago when I had the opportunity to personally experience the benefits of Ayurvedic massage. I immediately understood that inner well-being and bodily health are closely interconnected and that proper massage can be a powerful tool to achieve the desired balance.

From that moment, I began to study and deepen my knowledge of Ayurvedic massage techniques, driven by curiosity and passion for my work. I have attended training courses and seminars in Italy and abroad, deepening my knowledge of different Ayurvedic massage techniques, including Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pinda Sveda, Udara and many others.

Every day I put all my experience, professionalism and passion at the service of my clients. I dedicate myself with care and attention to each person who comes to me, listening to their needs and customizing each treatment to their specific needs.

My mission is to spread the knowledge of the benefits of Ayurvedic massage, accompanying people on a path of well-being and rediscovery of their inner harmony. I am convinced that every person has the opportunity to achieve balance between mind, body and spirit, and I am happy to be able to contribute in this process.
